[r5702] 路線図でのナローゲージの扱いは？

ミニマップの路線図の表示にナローゲージが考慮されていず、航路と同じく点線で描画される。

In network diagram on minimap, narrowgauge_wt is connected by a dotted line as same as water_wt.
Maybe narrowgauge_wt is missing in code or ... ?
