問題:
1. 新規ゲームをフリープレイに設定できない
2. 「プレイヤーの変更禁止」を設定しても有効にならない
原因: オンラインゲーム以外の一般のゲームでは、プレイヤーにパスワードを設定して、ロックすることは不可能。

Problem:
1. Can't set a new game as freeplay mode. Button is not active, and can't press it on 'Player list' window.
2. 'Disallow player change' button doesn't work. We can still allow to change player.
Reason:
On normal games, excludeing online games, we can't set password to player 1 and lock player 1.
